MICHELE CLEMENT: THE SWORD & THE STONE PART II
Michele Clement in her own words from her BLOG : "For two years now I’ve wanted to shoot the work of master craftsman Tony Swatton. He makes those amazing chest pieces, armor, swords, weapons and chain male pieces that you see in the movies for period films, warriors from different centuries including the future. Last week I got my chance.
I wanted these portraits to be a slice of life, a glimpse into a past we can only imagine. Characters would have to be created to fit the story. I chose a warrior mother and son - a budding warrior vs. our hulking armored warrior, two brave and thoughtful knights, and woman as mother, lover and warrior. We created our own novel right here in the studio. One that has the viewer filling in their own imagined details. All the images are currently up on my studio site so you can enjoy them all at one location.
Now it’s on to a contemporary lifestyle project. But for a moment I was living in the past and it was a wonderful place to be."
Talent: JE models: Liam, Ashkon & Bryce. City Model Management: Paul & Amanda. Makeup and Hair: Alex LaMarsh at Artist Untied. Stylist: Lisa Fremont.
